What Were They Thinking

We're not quite sure why or how Kelly Osbourne landed a gig as a style commentator on E! a few years ago. We are, however, sure that the "Fashion Police" sidekick should be featured on her own program this week thanks to the guffaw-inducing outfit and ridiculous, purple-hued topknot she sported to the Chris Benz show during New York Fashion Week. We'd kill to hear what Kelly's co-star Joan Rivers truly thinks about this ensemble. Wouldn't you
